We are looking for a talented Solutions Architect Software Trainer to boost our sales and solutions.

This position is ideally based in Lille, France, but can be based in any of our other offices in EMEA: Paris, London, Munich or Athens.

Position Summary

That’s where you come in… 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate classroom based and online training modules to Careerbuilder’s EMEA
  • Solutions Architect teams that will then deliver your training to sales force in EMEA to ensure our sales team is set up to succeed from day one.
  • You will maintain a current in-depth knowledge of Careerbuilder’s evolving suite of products, functions and features, and continuously educate our Solutions Architects teams re unique selling propositions.
  • You will keep your finger on the pulse of the human capital industry and become an evangelist of strategic talent management best practices.
  • You will continuously monitor the effectiveness of our sales training initiatives and adjust our training program as necessary. 
  • You will make a difference to each and every one of our sales professionals  

Are you brilliant? 

We expect that the successful incumbent will: 

  • Be perfectly fluent in English. Very important skill given the international exposure of the position
  • Have at least 3 years of experience training software sales professionals, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Have good knowledge of HRIS software and / or of the HR / Recruitment industry
  • Be a master communicator and have knowledge and experience implementing a variety of learning strategies
  • Thrive in a fast paced, priority rich environment while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Ideally have experience with learning management systems, coupled with a basic understanding of strategic talent management philosophy.
  • Be genuinely passionate about helping others succeed.
  • Be ready to travel to EMEA locations occasionally
  • Be a Powerpoint expert
  • German and/ or Spanish would be a plus
