The Commercial & Digital IT Specialist provides a key enabling function to the commercial organization.
Our commercial organization comprises of several commercial functions including Sales and Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Affairs and Clinical affairs.

Missions

This position is responsible for implementing Commercial IT initiatives which demonstrate expert business knowledge, require minimal direction, give significant guidance to others, handle complex problems and provide digital subject matter expertise to our business partners.

Lead the implementation of the strategic Commercial IT roadmap in your local country/cluster that aligns with International and Global IT strategies.
• Align the local Commercial & Digital IT focus with the international & global business direction, tools and
reporting metrics.
• Partner with the marketing organization during the marketing planning process to provide thought
leadership around digital integration into the marketing communication mix.
• Drive the awareness, education adoption and implementation of the international digital technology stack
across the countries/clusters commercial business.
• Manages complex business critical commercial technology projects. Responsible for proposals, analysis,
design, build, test and deployment of complex cross functional business projects.
• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the local customer relationship management
(CRM) solution, including education, ongoing database management and integration with the commercial
IT technology stack.
• Design and implement business intelligence and analytics reporting systems, dashboards and reports in a
repeatable way so all Commercial functions are enabled to track KPI metrics, and find insights through
data.
• Provide thought leadership in Commercial Technologies to enable process improvements, drive revenue
and lead innovation through technology.
• Collaborate with the regional and global IT teams to ensure their buy-in, support of and alignment to the
commercial business strategies and objectives.
• Understand and provide clarity and transparency of local commercial needs. Apply global solutions where
possible and local solutions only when absolutely necessary.
• Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise

A degree of Travel may be required.

Profil du candidat

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Digital Media or Digital Marketing or relevant work experience.

Technical skills
 Advanced experience of existing and emerging digital technologies such as:
o Content Management Solutions (CMS) (Eg: WordPress, SiteCore, TeamSite, Joomla, Drupal)
o Web Analytics tools (Eg: Google Analytics, Webtrends or Omniture)
o CRM Solution (Eg: SalesForce.com, Force.com and database management)
o Email Marketing (Eg: Silverpop, Exact Target, Campaign Monitor)
 Advanced knowledge of website coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
 Intermediate level with Microsoft Office, Visio and Project.
 Experience in delivering sophisticated Business Intelligence Solutions
 Familiar with SharePoint.
 Knowledge of mobile and emerging technologies including iOS, Windows 8 and Android based
platforms.
