As an Implementation Consultant, your primary role will be to lead European clients implementations of our software.   You will work with sales, development and client teams to provide dynamic customer solutions and implementation strategies.    For this reason it’s critical to have excellent communication skills, business process savvy, as well as strong  organizational and time-management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

* Independent management of multiple software implementation projects..

* Analyze client’s current workflow and perform business process evaluation to provide solution recommendations, configuration details and define scope of work

* Ensure sales team sells within scope solutions

* Become a subject matter expert on the software

* Responsible for project implementation meetings and calls with clients.

* Provide technical team with configuration specifications needed to develop client’s solution.

* Train client’s team on how to effectively use software.

* Manage software change requests

Job Requirements
  

* 3 years of project management experience with a consulting capacity managing external clients.  Software implementation experience preferred.

* Language fluency needed: English + Spanish, and ideally French

* Human Resource / Human Capital experience is a plus

* College degree required
