Following thefull redesign of our information system and the implementation of a new ERP(SAP modules CC, CI, FI-CA and FI-CO), your mission will consist in ensuringthe end user support and operational maintenance on the all the in-scopeapplication:
– OrderManagement application
– Productcatalog application
– FinancialProvisioning Interface Application
– SAP CC, CI,FI-CA and FI-CO
You will beresponsible for:
-Provide end-user support on business requests raised through ticketingapplication (Level 1, 2 and 3)
-Handle defects raised through ticketing application: route the defects to theright functional owner, analyze defect root causes, identify workaround formost critical defects in order to mitigate operational impacts, coordinateoffshore team (India) activities when developments are required, test andvalidate delivery from Offshore team
-Handle change requests raised on Order Management, Product catalog andFinancial Provisioning Interface
-Produce various dashboards on billing area in order to follow-up KPIs anddefine action plans in case of deviations
